Welcome to Trinity Wellness Yoga!

Yoga is the union of body and mind and spirit. It is a moving meditation which can be used to improve one’s overall wellness. Our mission at Trinity Wellness Yoga is to provide yoga instruction to people who are interested in improving their mental, physical and spiritual health. Individual yoga instruction is offered for beginners or people who may not yet feel comfortable joining a yoga studio, and people who are interested in beginning a mindfulness-based stress reduction program that utilizes yoga and meditation. Yoga sessions are scheduled by appointment only.

Yoga not only increases flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health, but helps to:

  • Reduce stress, cortisol and adrenaline levels
  • Practice mindfulness and meditation, which improve brain health
  • Reduce blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol and triglyceride levels
  • Improve immune function
  • Decrease depressive symptoms
  • Manage anxiety through breath and calming the mind
  • Regulate hormones
